1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Stockwise Research website (the "Site") and subscribing to any of our research services (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable SEBI regulations. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or subscribe to the Services.
2. SEBI Registration
Stockwise Research is a SEBI-registered Research Analyst bearing Registration No. INH000000000. Our registration is subject to the conditions and code of conduct prescribed under the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014, as amended from time to time.
3. Nature of Services
The Services provided by Stockwise Research consist of research-based recommendations and market commentary. Our calls include an entry level, target(s) and a strict stop-loss. We do not execute trades on your behalf, do not manage your portfolio, and do not accept any power of attorney over your trading or demat account.
All recommendations are based on research and analysis of publicly available information, technical and fundamental factors. They do not constitute a guarantee of returns.
4. No Guaranteed Returns
Investments in the securities market are subject to market risks. Stockwise Research does not guarantee any returns on investments. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Any representation to the contrary, by anyone, is unauthorised and should be reported to us immediately.
5. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into contracts to use our Services. By subscribing, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide during registration is accurate and complete.
6. KYC & Risk Profile
As per SEBI regulations, we are required to obtain and verify KYC details and assess your risk profile before providing research services. You agree to provide true, accurate and complete KYC documents and to update them as required.
We may decline or terminate services if you do not meet our risk-profile criteria for a particular research product, or if the information you provide is found to be false or misleading.
7. Subscription & Payment
Subscription fees are payable in advance as per the plan selected. All payments must be made only to our official bank account (HDFC Bank — verify on the Bank Details page). We do not accept payments to any personal account, personal UPI handle or third-party wallet.
Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST) which will be charged extra as per law. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as provided in our Refund Policy.
8. Use of Recommendations
Our research recommendations are intended for your personal use only. You agree not to copy, redistribute, resell, broadcast, publish or otherwise disseminate any research, alert, call or content provided by Stockwise Research, in whole or in part, to any third party.
You are solely responsible for the trades you execute and the investment decisions you make based on our research. We are not liable for any losses arising from your trading decisions.
9. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the Site or Services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, server or database
- Use any automated means (bots, scrapers) to extract data from the Site
- Impersonate Stockwise Research or any of our analysts to third parties
- Misrepresent our research or track record to others
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, research reports, alerts and software — is the property of Stockwise Research or its licensors and is protected under Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not use any such content without our prior written consent, except as permitted under fair use.
11. Disclaimer of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stockwise Research, its directors, officers, employees, analysts and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or Services, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, or data loss — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stockwise Research, its officers, employees and affiliates from any claim, demand, loss or damages (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site or Services, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your subscription at any time, with or without cause, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, all subscriptions and access to the Services cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimer, indemnification and liability clauses) shall survive.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to our internal grievance redressal mechanism. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to SEBI's SCORES portal and, if required, to the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform or the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
15. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page with a revised 'updated' date. Your continued use of the Site or Services after such modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
